Cast Stone Mantels

Buffalo Architectural Casting is proud to present our collection of cast travertine fireplace mantels. Our mantels can be used with masonry, prefabricated, gas or wood burning fireplaces. We construct our mantels from select stone aggregates, a process also known as Scagliola, allowing them to be fireproof while maintaining a travertine appearance that has the same look as real travertine stone. Compared to travertine mantels, cast travertine mantels weigh much less, 200 lbs. vs. 1000 lbs. and take less time to install. It can take as little as a few hours to install our mantels versus a stonemason that would be needed to install a travertine mantel taking a few days. Cast stone mantels create the same feeling, beauty and texture of a travertine mantel at a lesser cost.

Our mantels can also be produced using materials for exterior use to make a beautiful addition to any outdoor living area.
