Custom Applications and Accessories
If you require additional alterations or have a specific design request we will work with you to accomplish it. Included in the price are two legs and the mantel. Optional accessories include raised hearths, over mantels and filler strips. Please call for quotes if any of these custom pieces are required.

Payment Terms
Each mantel is made to order after receiving a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

Production Time
Please allow 4-6 weeks for production. If you need immediate assistance we will work with you in respect to your time frame.

Delivery and Damages in Shipping
All products are manufactured in Buffalo, New York 14216 and shipped to anywhere in the United States. Please use our shipping estimator to calculate shipping cost. Because the weight of our mantels is considerably less than actual travertine, shipping costs are considerably lower. Please add approximately $275 to shipping cost for crating. Exact cost will be quoted per job.

All claims on shipping damage must be made within 7 days of receipt. Buffalo Architectural Casting will replace any stones broken during shipping. Should this need arise, please save all broken stones and packaging material so we can file a claim with the freight company.

Warranty
Buffalo Architectural Casting's products are warranted to be free from defect. Since this is a natural product, it will have color and texture variations that add to the uniqueness of each piece. Any defective product will be replaced.

Samples and Color Selection
Due to color variation in the product and the representation of colors being affected by lighting and photography, you are encouraged to request a free sample of the cast stone material to ensure your satisfaction. The samples you receive are the exact material used to make the products. Our three standard colors are Grey, Buff and Natural, however, custom color matching is available at an additional charge.
